Lemongrass helps ease stress, support sleep, and promote relaxation. In baths, lemongrass can act as a powerful remedy for alleviating sore muscles.
Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup dried lemongrass (or 1 cup fresh, chopped)
- 1/2 cup Epsom salt or sea salt (for muscle relief)
- Optional add-ins:
- 1/4 cup dried chamomile or lavender (for extra relaxation)
- 1–2 tablespoons baking soda (to soften skin)
- A few drops of lemongrass essential oil (optional, for a stronger scent)
Instructions:
- Make a strong herbal infusion
- Boil 4 cups of water.
- Add lemongrass (and any optional herbs desired).
- Steep for 15–30 minutes.
- Strain.
- Add to bath
- Pour the warm herbal tea into your bath water.
- Add Epsom salt, baking soda, or essential oils if desired.
- Soak and relax
- Soak in the bath for 20–30 minutes. Inhale deeply for aromatherapy benefits.
Alternative: you can place all the herbs in an herb satchel and toss them into the bath. This won’t provide as strong an effect, but can be supplemented with drops of essential oil.
