Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp elderflowers
  • honer or sweetner to taste

Instructions

Regular

To make an everyday refreshing tea, add one tablespoon of fresh or dried elderflowers to one cup of near-boiling water. Steep for 10 minutes. Add honey or sweetener to taste.

Potent

To make a stronger medicinal tea, add one tablespoon of fresh or dried elderflowers per one cup of near-boiling water. Steep for at least 20 minutes up to overnight. Add honey or sweetener to taste.
